My Christmas in Australia

So last year, my sister calls from Australia while the family is huddled, shivering around the fireplace to let us know that she is sunbathing on the beach. Yes, I am back home in the frigid Midwest and she is gloating how it is 85 and the water is amazing. She moved to Melbourne last year and travels all over Australia.

So this year, I did the smart thing. Since it's important to be with family for the holidays, I decided to invite myself to visit my sister! Australia is actually also the most popular tourist spot for travelers from both Europe and North America that are escaping the freezing cold of winter.
